Yes. Our designs can be created in a range of shapes, lengths and sizes. The available options will appear on each product page.

Because every design is composed by hand, certain details may be adjusted slightly to suit your selected nail shape or length while preserving the original design.

Please review your recommended sizes carefully before confirming your order. Customers are responsible for providing or approving their final measurements.

As each set is made specifically for you, we cannot replace a set when incorrect measurements have been submitted or approved. If you believe CLIQ has made your set differently from the confirmed measurements, please contact us with clear photographs so we can review it.

Every order includes your handmade press-on nail set and the application essentials needed to wear it. The exact contents of your application kit will be shown on the product page.

Every CLIQ set is individually handmade to order in Bangkok. Our current production estimate will be displayed on the product page and during checkout.

Production time is separate from delivery time. If you are ordering for a wedding, holiday or special event, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Yes. We deliver throughout Thailand. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been completed and dispatched.

Your set will follow the same design, colour palette and overall composition shown online. However, every CLIQ nail is created individually by hand, so the placement of marbling, sculpted artwork, pearls, crystals and other details may vary slightly.

These subtle differences are part of what makes every set unique.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Once production has begun, we may be unable to change or cancel the order because your set is already being created specifically for you.

For hygiene reasons and because every set is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, approved sizing errors or normal handmade variations.

If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and make it right where CLIQ is at fault.

Choose nail glue for longer wear and a more secure hold. Adhesive tabs are ideal for short-term wear, events or when you want to remove and reuse your nails more easily.

How long either method lasts will depend on your nail preparation, application and daily activities.

When properly prepared and applied with nail glue, your press-ons can last for approximately two to three weeks. Adhesive tabs are better suited to shorter wear, from one evening to several days.

Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water during the first few hours after application and always follow our preparation instructions for the strongest hold.

Yes. CLIQ nails are designed to be worn again when they are applied and removed carefully.

Never pull or force them off. Follow our removal guide and gently clean any remaining adhesive before storing the nails safely for their next wear.
